Clients are encouraged to continue consulting qualified medical, mental health and other relevant professionals whenever required.

3. Eligibility and Client Consent

By booking or participating in a session, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or are participating with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
• You are voluntarily choosing to participate in the selected practice.
• You understand the general nature and scope of the service.
• You are comfortable sharing relevant information required for the session.
• You understand that you may ask questions, seek clarification or discontinue participation at any point.

Participation is entirely voluntary. You are encouraged to share only information that you feel comfortable discussing.

For sessions involving minors, prior consent from a parent or legal guardian will be required.

4. Booking and Appointments

Sessions may be booked through the available booking channels, including the website, email, WhatsApp or other communication channels officially used by Soulistic Healing.

Once a booking request is received:

• Appointment availability will be confirmed by Soulistic Healing.
• The session date, time, format, duration and applicable fee will be communicated before confirmation.
• A booking will be considered confirmed once the required payment or agreed booking formalities have been completed.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact details and any relevant information requested before the session.

For online sessions, clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, a suitable device and a private, uninterrupted environment.

5. Fees and Payments

The applicable fees will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.

Payments may be made through the payment methods made available by Soulistic Healing, including online and offline payment arrangements.

Please note:

• Applicable session fees must be paid within the communicated payment timeline.
• Any additional charges, where applicable, will be communicated in advance.
• International clients will be informed of the applicable currency and payment arrangements before confirmation.
• Any bank charges, currency conversion charges or international transaction fees imposed by payment providers will be borne by the client, unless otherwise agreed.
• A booking may be declined or released if the agreed payment requirements are not met.

6. Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require changes to scheduled appointments. We request clients to communicate any changes as early as possible.

Booking policy:

• Rescheduling: Clients are requested to provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule a confirmed session, subject to availability.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund or adjustment, as applicable.
• Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation charge.
• No-shows: If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior communication, the session fee may be forfeited.
• Practitioner cancellation: If Soulistic Healing needs to cancel or reschedule a session, an alternative appointment or applicable refund will be offered.
• Exceptional circumstances: Genuine emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Any applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method, where possible, within a reasonable processing period.

The specific cancellation and refund conditions applicable to workshops, packages or special programmes, if offered, will be communicated separately.

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict any consumer rights available under applicable law.

7. Client Responsibility and Participation

Every individual's journey is personal and unique.

By participating in a session, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own well-being, interpretations, decisions and actions.
• You are encouraged to communicate your comfort levels and any concerns during the session.
• You may choose not to explore any subject that makes you uncomfortable.
